Developers cut ribbon on mixed-income community in VB

The all-new Crescent Square housing community will feature 80 units for 42 individuals who have experienced homelessness and 38 whose income is less than the average median income.

The $12-million project was developed by Virginia Supportive Housing (VSH), and will be the first mixed-income community in Hampton Roads.

VSH says 50 prospective residents are set to move in right away.
