On May 5, 2022, Judeo-Christian Outreach Center (JCOC) was named 2022 Non-Profit Small Business of the Year during the Hampton Roads Chamber’s awards ceremony! Executive Director Todd Walker led staff and board members in celebrating this wonderful recognition. Several hundred community leaders attended the luncheon at the Chesapeake Conference Center. We are honored to have been chosen, and extend our sincere congratulations to all of the winners in Top to Watch, Entrepreneur, Leadership and City categories. Thank you Hampton Roads Chamber!
