Court-Ordered Community Service
We feel that everyone deserves a second chance. JCOC offers those convicted of non-violent offenses to complete their court-ordered community service obligations by assisting our staff with the following duties. This enriching experience not only helps you, but helps those in need in our community.
Dining Hall & Kitchen: Clean, take out trash, prepare and serve meals to our residents and the community
Food Pantry: Unload, sort and distribute food to the community
Donations: Sort and organize clothing, toiletry and household item donations
Janitorial: Clean inside of buildings and around campus, wash windows, pick up trash, rake leaves, etc.
Community service hours are available during the days and times listed:
|Monday: 1:00-4:00 pm and 4:00-7:00 pm||Friday: 1:00-4:00 pm and 4:00-7:00 pm|
|Tuesday: 9:30 am-12:30 pm and 4:00-7:00 pm||Saturday: 9:30 am-12:30 pm and 1:00-4:00 pm|
|Wednesday: 1:00-4:00 pm and 4:00-7:00 pm||Sunday: 1:00-4:00 pm|
|Thursday: 1:00-4:00 pm and 4:00-7:00 pm|
Prior to beginning Community Service, individuals will need to attend a Community Service Orientation. They are held the second Wednesday of each month from 2:00-3:00 pm. You must register to attend.
