Program beneficiaries will not be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under the Judeo-Christian Outreach Center’s program or activities.  They will also be notified that no qualified individual with a handicap will be subjected to discrimination in employment or volunteer services for Judeo-Christian Outreach Center’s programs or activities based solely on the basis of that handicap.

Program beneficiaries, staff, and volunteer have a right to file a discrimination complaint if they feel they have been subjected to discrimination in any way.
