In July 2014, JCOC formed a new partnership with Virginia Beach Best Friends and Associates who opened JCOC Community Thrift in Virginia Beach. Six years later they became the new owners of Second Chance Community Thrift in Virginia Beach. Proceeds from both stores will benefit JCOC’s feeding and housing programs.
